Registration Timeline
Early bird Registration
February 26 to April 15, 2024
Early Bird Registration runs through April 15 and offers discounted prices on all Convention tickets. Take advantage of this option for the best deal on tickets for National Holstein Convention!
Standard Registration
April 16 to June 1, 2024
Standard ticket pricing will be available from April 16 through June 1.
Late Registration
June 2 to June 15, 2024
Final Convention ticket purchases can be made up until June 15. Convention tickets will not be available for purchase online after that date. There will be a ticket exchange board at the Convention registration desk for those who wish to sell tickets they no longer need.
*All deadlines are set to expire at 11:59 p.m. in each user's local time zone.

We are offering three ticket package options this year. The ticket package options provide tickets at a discounted rate in one convenient package for those who plan to attend all or most of Convention. As in years past, individual tickets are also available for those who wish to purchase their Convention tickets that way. Ticket packages include only the events listed in their descriptions. If you wish to attend additional event(s), you will need to purchase the ticket(s) separately.
Junior Meals & activities package with Junior tour
Convention attendees can participate in all Junior Holstein Convention activities and meals for a discounted rate with this ticket package option. This is the right choice for attendees who want to attend all Junior Holstein Convention activities and meals.

The Junior Meals & Activities Package without the Junior Tour option includes all Junior activities and meals at a discounted rate and DOES NOT include a Host Day tour. This is the right option for attendees who want to attend all Junior Holstein Convention activities and meals except the Junior Host Day Tour. Participants who select this option may choose one of the other tour options or no tour at all.

Tips for registering
Read carefully!
If you are registering multiple people, the first name and email used will be considered the primary registrant. The primary registrant will be responsible for the bookings made in a group.
Familiarize yourself with the convention schedule before registering. The convention schedule is available here.
If purchasing a ticket package option, be sure to review what is included. If you would like to purchase tickets for additional events, you can select those in the individual ticket offerings on the registration form.
If you select a ticket package and do not wish to attend any additional events, there is no need to select any additional tickets from the individual ticket offerings.
Registration FAQs

Yes, you can register more than one person on the same registration form. However, you cannot purchase two tickets under the same name. After you register yourself, you will be prompted at the end to add additional registrants to the same form. The first person to register will be the primary registrant. Only the primary registrant will be able to edit the registration and add tickets after the order is submitted. The primary registrant will be responsible for the bookings made in a group.

Yes, you can put more than one registrant on the same email account. You will just need to type it in for each new person’s individual registration.

No, you will need a credit card to pay for your convention registration. We cannot accept cash or checks, and cannot bill to someone's Holstein Association USA account.

No, all ticket sales are final. Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will not be refunded, so complete the registration form carefully. There will be a ticket exchange board at Convention registration desk for those who wish to sell tickets they no longer need.

Yes, the primary registrant (the first person who registered for a group, or individual) will be able to buy more tickets after they've completed their registration. They will need to use the reference number in the confirmation email sent after registering.
